The High Energy Bar from Sponser lives up to its name and provides plenty of energy. The bar consists primarily of cereals and contains short, medium and long-chain carbohydrates for energy right now, a little later and a little later still. Medium-chain vegetable oils provide even more energy. The beta-glucans from the oat bran are soluble fiber and essential amino acids are also included.
