The Fornix Mips from POC is a light and very well ventilated ski helmets. The aramid reinforcements on the outer shell and the EPS inner shell distribute and absorb the impact energy in the event of a collision, thereby preventing serious head injuries. The Multidirectional Impact Protection System (MIPS), i.e. the special construction, absorbs oblique forces and thus protects you from serious brain injuries. The Fornix Mips also scores points with its very good ventilation, which you can easily close from the outside on cold days, even when wearing gloves. There is also a ventilation opening at the front of the head to prevent ski goggles from tarnishing. The helmet can be precisely adjusted thanks to its quick and easy-to-use dial adjustment system at the back of the head. This allows the safety system to take full effect in an emergency.
